At Elite Wheels & Tyres, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury footwear and apparel purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are still intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
